Don't call yourself names, even in jest. Don't
assume that you're burdening others by intro-
ducing them to things you love. Don't tell your-
self that you're doing things wrong when you're
just doing things different. Don't hate yourself
for hating small talk. Don't hate yourself at all.
Don't pinch and scratch just because you aren't
perfect. Don't get depressed just because you
aren't perfect. Don't try to make yourself per-
fect because you'll never be that. Don't try so
hard to analyze, just be. Don't stop asking un-
answerable questions. But don't drive yourself
crazy when you can't find the answers. Don't
forget that everything is in God's hands, and
He is holding onto you more tightly than you
could ever hope to hold onto Him. Don't be too
proud to cry in front of your therapist. Don't
assume that everyone else is as okay as they
look, because remember, you aren't either.
More poetry? Holy crap, it's like I've caught some kind of disease! (With all due respect to actual poets.)

Some very good advice from me to me. Which I will probably fail to follow, at least parts of it, but it's good to write it out anyway.

I like this advice. Especially as I read through it, I started seeing some suggestions I should follow.
